Sechelt 50+ Survey: 481 Responses Collected The survey is now closed. Thank you to all who have filled it out. In four weeks, 481 individuals filled out a Sechelt Residents 50+ Survey form, either online (194) or in print form (287). The overall return rate was 11.2% of all those eligible--an excellent response rate for this kind of sampling. Of those aged 65-79, the response rate was 14.5%--way beyond our ambitions as a project team. The team will take a break over Christmas, then begin compiling the survey results in January. There will be widespread reporting back to the community beginning sometime in February. Watch the local papers for reports and notices of community events springing from the survey. Also, check a couple of websites: www.secheltseniors.ca for the survey results, or link to the Sechelt Residents 50+ Survey through the Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre (www.secheltseniors.com ). The District will post results on this page as soon as they become available. Community Data Please use the links below to browse through data and research on Sechelt.
