Sechelt Golf Course Advisory Committee

On January 18, 2012 Council selected the following community representatives to serve on Sechelt Golf Course Advisory Committee to advise Council on the process and options to operate, in the short term, the Sechelt Golf Course (SGC):

  • Karen Kidd
  • Tom Hourigan
  • Council Liaison: Alice Lutes   

Activities to be Undertaken by the Committee

To advise Council on the short term operational needs for the operation of the course such as:
  • Management options;
  • staff levels;
  • operational budget;
  • ownership model;
  • schedule of fees for the 2012 season;
  • 2012 pre-paid fees / memberships / gift certificates, etc.;
  • Other items.
Recommendations of the Committee will be forwarded to Council in writing through the Committee of the Whole.
